How does the 30-day free trial work?
To keeping using DailyDigital after your first 30 days, just upgrade to a paid plan. Just be on the look out for emails from our team letting you know how to upgrade during your Free Trial.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Since plans are only related to the number of collections you've created, its pretty easy to decide which plan is right for you at any given point in time. Your account will be charged immediately for the next plans pricing tier when you upgrade and charged the new lower rate on your next billing date if you choose to downgrade your account. Contact Us and one of our support reps will assist you with changing your plan.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. DailyDigital is a pay-as-you-go service. No long term contracts or commitments. You pay month-to-month and if you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
What is a digital product?
Each individual video, audio, doc, image or other files that you offer in your Content Store™ is considered a product. Products can be offered individually or bundled together via "Collections" to offer in your Content Store™. Each plans includes a fixed number of digital products that can be live in your Content Store™ at any given time. If you exceed the number of allotted products in your plan during a given month, we'll contact you with instructions on how to upgrade your account.
What are Content Stores?
Content Stores™ are the presentation and delivery tool for all your videos, audio, images, docs and other digital content. Installable on Facebook™ and any website, your Content Store™ handles the entire audience experience from streaming and downloading content to free or paid access to content and much more
How does content storage and bandwidth work?
DailyDigital connects directly with your Amazon S3 account. This allows you to maintain complete control of your content and pay Amazon directly only for the storage and bandwidth resources you actually consume. This is a huge cost saver as you'll pay $0.12/GB of bandwidth vs. $1.75/GB charged by other premium media platforms. DailyDigital provides a beautiful Content Manager that interacts with your Amazon S3 account in realtime allowing you to organize, tag, transcode, present and deliver content via your Content Store™
What is the Amazon S3 Content Manager?
We built an elegant and easy-to-use media manager from the ground up to make it easy to manage your media files stored in the Amazon cloud. Just connect your S3 account using the 2 keys provided by Amazon and you'll be able to upload, manage and then deliver your content via your Content Store™
What if I don't have an Amazon S3 account?
No problem. It's free to turn on Web Services for any Amazon account. In fact, Amazon gives you 5GB of storage and 15GB of bandwidth FREE each month for your first year.
